Data needed to drive true diversity, equity, inclusion

Financy partners with Digivizer to help organizations deliver meaningful DEI change

Sydney, 26 June 2023: Digivizer has signed a partnership agreement with Financy to support an innovative new solution designed to help organizations improve performance and compliance on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and importantly to provide transparency when it comes to gender washing.

Financy’s new Impacter software will allow HR teams and business leaders to measure DEI program performance continuously. It will also assist with compliance under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.

As part of the partnership, Digivizer’s real-time analytics technology will be able to help Impacter clients measure how well their DEI programs are being understood by employees, stakeholders and customers.

Digivizer CEO and co-founder Emma Lo Russo said: “Being able to provide hard data on what’s working and what isn’t around these programs creates the proof points needed to generate the right discussions and culture for change.”

Bianca Hartge-Hazelman, founder of Financy, said: “Together we are helping businesses deliver accountable and sustainable results around DEI.

“Companies need to move from playing public relations lip-service to DEI, towards meaningful programs that are measured and made accountable, particularly if they are to keep up with legislative requirements under the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.

“Company initiatives designed to improve diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are usually well-intentioned, but often fail because measuring their performance, and ensuring executives are held accountable for their success, are difficult.

“Together, HR and marketing teams will be able to prove how DEI programs have made a difference. Management teams will be able to understand the returns on the investments being made in these programs. Everyone will be held accountable,” says Hartge-Hazelman.

Digivizer continues to broaden its global partnerships in a program that includes industry organizations, marketing and advertising agencies, and advocacy groups such as Financy. The company recently joined LinkedIn’s global Marketing Partner Program, the first based in Australia.

Digivizer CEO, Lo Russo has also joined the Financy Advisory Committee, a group of external investors and advisors.

“I’m delighted to be joining Financy’s Advisory Board. It will be a great opportunity to provide strategic digital marketing and business growth advice to the Financy team to help it successfully launch the Impacter,” said Lo Russo.
