When the business was expanding into Managed IT services, they worked closely with Digivizer to successfully drive demand from the mid-size to enterprise target market.
What was the challenge?
FTG had identified Managed IT Services as their main source of future business growth however despite numerous successful client delivery of Managed IT Services programs, their existing website content and structure did not position them as a leading managed services provider nor did it cover these particular service areas. In short, the website did not reflect FTG’s strength and expertise in Managed Services and lacked core SEO fundamentals.
Copy was not optimized for search engines and the site had a poor mobile experience. FTG needed an urgent overhaul of their website from both a content, technical, SEO and mobile perspective.

What was the solution?
Digivizer conducted an audit to identify content gaps, vulnerabilities in the current website design, and opportunities to boost the overall website’s UI, UX and SEO position.
Working with the team at FTG, Digivizer created a new content strategy aligned to the objective of positioning FTG as a leading Managed IT Services provider in Australia. Digivizer also created a new structure and design for the website that was aligned to this objective. The strategy included:

What were the results?
Driven through the new website, SEO and social media only, FTG’s website yielded a 300% increase in visitors within 6 months.
FTG also saw:
- 98% increase in impressions on Google search results pages for the term “Managed IT Services”
- 910% increase in pageviews for Managed IT services on the website
- A 700% increase and growing steady inflow of inbound leads/enquiries for managed IT services
